Fuzol Laundry Detergent

Advertising Agency: Doblegiro, Santiago, Chile
Art Director: Esteban Nuñez
Copywriter: Jorge Giadach

Look at that superb imagery. Well, if I hadn't already known, I would think that this was some kind of cool interesting art form. But no, this is actually Fuzol Laundry Detergent's new advertisement.

Well, after I saw the advertisement, I sort of decided I would just HAVE to write a review about it, given the cool and nice images (I mean, all the effort that went into creating those advertisements)

Haha, but the thing was, I didn't know anything about Fuzol and there is absolutely nothing about Fuzol out there. I couldn't find a single piece of information or previous review or customer satisfaction or anything like that on the Internet. needless to say, it wasn't listed on Amazon, or even Ebay for that matter. Nope, neither was in the my local supermarket, and the salespeople had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned Fuzol.

Spooky, eh? :)

Oh well, maybe they're a new product yet to be released. In that case, stay tuned! Cos that means they'll have more great advertisements coming!!!

Woolite Laundry Detergent Commercial - Zombified!

Laundry detergent commercials are pretty much the same, either coming up with something to do with housewifes or dirty boys playing soccer in the mud. Then, all of a sudden, the "hero" comes in with his laundry detergent in hand to save the day.

Oh well, those days are over. Woolite, the laundry detergent manufacturer, is apparently looking at novel ways to market their product. Using a horror theme in their commercial, they make sure you treat your clothes with proper care and use the right detergent on them.

You got that right! Don't let detergent torture your clothes. Getting Rob Zombie to film this kind of commercial? I'm not too sure if this is going to have a positive impact on branding! I mean, little kids could be watching this commercial and not dare to put their clothes on anymore!! :D

Okay, jokes aside, I do see a NEW WAVE coming. The laundry detergent industry is changing. The next time you purchase laundry detergent, make your decision wisely. You don't want nightmares haunting you at night, after all! ;) (Kay, I wasn't exactly serious about the jokes aside. I mean, how do you get serious after watching a commercial like that!!)

P.S. If you really don't want to torture your clothes (or your skin), I would really recommend making the switch to hypoallergenic laundry detergent.
